Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original fashion tags and labels are intact.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
